Awards Flyers

Attached below are flyers promoting both our individual and project awards.
Please use these flyers to reach out to your contacts in the greater San Diego Engineering community to promote the awards.

The San Diego County Engineering Council (SDCEC) awards packets are now open. They recognize both people and projects:
  • INDIVIDUAL ENGINEERING HONOR AWARDS recognize folks for engineering innovation, education, service, and leadership including:
    • Educators, K-12 & College, formal or informal, to advance engineering or engineering education
    • Service to advance the engineering profession in the community, their chapter / section / club or through outreach
    • Leaders advancing engineering and inclusion in their organizations
  • ENGINEERING PROJECT AWARDS, College Student or Professional, recognize an engineering “deliverable”, including but not limited to: completed physical product, hardware, software, analysis, designs, and/or models.
Please reach out to your contacts (students, engineers and educators) to encourage them to apply to the SDCEC awards prior to the Jan 7, 2020 deadline. Here are the links to the packets and supporting information. Attached are a few flyers that you can send them:
To stay up to date with the awards program and event news from participating engineering and STEM society chapters, make sure you have been receiving our SDCEC Newsletters, The San Diego Engineers, to your mailbox. If not, please make sure to subscribe here.

Thank you again for your service. We greatly appreciate your efforts to help us recognize other folks in the community through the SDCEC awards program. If you have any questions, or if we can provide any additional materials or support, please let us know.

Respectfully,
Keith Glassman, Awards Nomination Chair
