The San Diego Engineers Week Festival Awards and Reception will kick-off Engineers Week. Considered the highlight of Engineers Week, the festival is hosted by the San Diego County Engineering Council in collaboration with local Engineering Society Chapters and STEM Organizations. It is an opportunity to network and celebrate the contributions of those local people, projects and STEM organizations who are advancing engineering and technology. TARGET AUDIENCE: Professionals, Retirees, Educators, Collegiate & High School. While open to all, it especially encourages all Engineering Society Chapters (Professional, Collegiate & High School) and their members

12:00 pm - Display Table Setup (All Engineering Society SPONSORS will have a display table). (Collegiate chapters are invited to join the Professional chapter display tables).
12:00 pm - Registration Opens Check-in for your name tag, instructions and RAFFLE TICKETS.
1:00 pm - Outdoor Reception (Captain's Courtyard) is full of informative display tables, networking and fun photo booth opportunities. Make sure to get your group photo-fun pictures and memories and share it with the world through our hashtag campaign #EFEST22.
1:00 pm - 2:00 pm Student Network Training Session. Students are invited to "opt-in" to attend the complementary student "Networking Tools to Advance Your Career". Reserve your spot, students must complete this form in addition to purchasing their student ticket.
3:00 pm - Indoor Awards Ceremony (Captain's Room)
4:00 to 5:00 pm - Finish photo ops, network, and wrap up.
