San Diego Engineers Week Awards Banquet Festival
You are invited to kick-off Engineers Week with the 72nd annual San Diego Engineers Week Awards Banquet on Sunday, February 19, 2023. Considered the highlight of Engineers Week, this Festival is hosted by the San Diego County Engineering Council in collaboration with local Engineering Society Chapters, Engineering Colleges and STEM Organizations. Join us to network and celebrate the contributions of those local people, projects and organizations who are advancing engineering and technology in the community.

2:00 pm - Early Registration Opens
2:00 - 3:00 STUDENT NETWORK TRAINING (Indoors, optional with a festival ticket) complementary "Networking Tools to Advance Your Career" is available to students* with a festival ticket.
DISPLAY TABLE Setup available starting at 2 pm / Teardown begins at 4:30 pm / Dinner 5 pm
3:00 - 5:00 Reception and Sponsor Displays (Outdoors, Private Patio) is full of informative and company, career networking opportunities and fun photo booth activities. Make sure to bring your business cards, resumes, and get ready to take your group photo and share memories via #EFEST23

LOCATION: Marina Village Conference Center, 1936 Quivera Way, San Diego.
PARKING is free. Use North end of lot to access "SEASIDE ROOM" See MAP for conference room location
DRESS: Business. (Please note the reception is outdoors on a private, covered patio).
AUDIENCE: Professional and collegiate engineering society section leadership, their members, guests and all interested aspiring engineers and advocates.
*PRE-COLLEGE High School Students are very welcome to attend; ages 17 and younger must be accompanied by a guardian. Please note that this is a no-robot zone. Due to an inability to support the overwhelming request from multiple robotics teams to display, we thank you for not brining any robots this year.
